Life ..........

Life is not a bed of roses. Happiness, suffering, misery, success and failure, every thing goes hand in hand. Many times you feel disappointed with your circumstances but  When you feel that you are not the only one who is suffering , you are not out there alone, only then you find the courage and motivation to pursue the positive changes you want to make in your life and of those around you.

Making your mark on the world is not easy. If it were easy, anyone would do it. It takes patience, commitment and dedication to be an accomplished person. Only those who have tasted defeat know the importance of both, success and failure. the real test is not whether you avoid failure, because you won’t. It’s whether it hardens or shames you, or whether you learn from it. Perseverance and courage are the keys to keep moving ahead even when all odds are against you.

I am going to  share with you the written words of some of the most remarkable personalities ever. These words will teach you great life lessons which would have taken you years of experience to learn otherwise.
1- “The only way that we can live, is if we grow. The only way that we can grow is if we change. The only way that we can change is if we learn. The only way we can learn is if we are exposed. And the only way that we can become exposed is if we throw ourselves out into the open. Do it. Throw yourself.”

(C. JoyBell C.)
Interpretation: Keep pushing yourself to the limits to stay ahead. That’s the only way to grow up.
2- “There’s always a positive to those negative times, because you come out of it so much stronger and wiser. Strength comes from every hardship, and it’s been a lesson for me.

(Christina Aguilera)
Interpretation: Tough time of life is good in a way that it makes you stronger and wiser.
3- “The purpose of life is a life of purpose.”

(Robert Byrne)
Interpretation: If you don’t have no purpose in life, you’ll spend your life like a leaf broken from the tree floating wherever current takes it.
4- “It’s nice to look back in your past when you see it as a lesson, not as something to regret.

(Unknown)
Interpretation: Most of the time when we look back at our past, all we see is regret which, in turn, makes us feel sad and angry. But if we can change our perspective and view our past not as a regret but as a lesson, our life will be wonderful because then our past will not haunt us but makes us feel happy.
5- “You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.

- C. S. Lewis
Interpretation: Age is just a number. Don’t let it cease your dreaming. Don’t let it hinder your progress.
6-Start each day by affirming peaceful, contented and happy attitudes
and your days will tend to be pleasant and successful.

(Norman Vincent Peale)
Interpretation: How your day is going to unfold depends on how you start your day. So start well.
7- “I’ve learned that it isn’t always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.”

(Unknown)
Interpretation: Forgive yourself and others and move on.
8- “Life is too short to spend your precious time trying to convince a person who wants to live in gloom and doom otherwise. Give lifting that person your best shot, but don’t hang around long enough for his or her bad attitude to pull you down. Instead, surround yourself with optimistic people.”

(Zig Ziglar_
Interpretation: The kind of people you hang out with have a great influence on your personality. Therefore, always surround yourself with like-minded and positive people.
9-I don’t know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody.

(Bill Cosby)
Interpretation: Don’t change your personality and attitude to match up with someone else’s expectation. Say what you really want to say. Do what you really want to do. Don’t give a damn about what other people will think or how they will perceive you. Be yourself – your real authentic self.
10- “Bad habits cause failure. Identify the habits holding you back and make a decision to crush them. The mentally tough mind is like a flourishing garden, and bad habits are the weeds that suffocate it. Watering the flowers without killing the weeds is an act of self-delusion.”

(Steve Seibold)
Interpretation: You’re your habits. Everything you do from the moment you wake up to the moment you sleep is a habit. If you’re not satisfied and happy with your life, identify the habit that is causing unhappiness. Make a written note of the habit causing you to stress. That’s the first step.

Now the second step is to get rid of the habit. You can do it by replacing your bad habit with a new good habit. Follow this new habit untill it becomes a part of your personality which, as far as my experience, takes anywhere about 21 to 30 days. Follow the same step for all your bad habits.

If you follow this routine for a year, you’ll have 12 brand new consciously chosen good habits as a part of your personality.
